1. In General

Our practice of data protection complies with the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) and also the Teledienstedatenschutzgesetz (TDDSG).
We guarantee that the customer data is only used and stored for order processing and internal marketing purpose. Passing on of data is only allowed in entreprises that are directly connected to order processing (parcel service or other service provider). Remark: You can contradict the use and storage of your data or revoke your approval any time by calling Terraplant.nl. On receipt of your cancellation we will not longer use your data for marketing purpose.
     
2. Which data what for?
When you place an order, we need your name, your address, telephone no. and e-mail-address. By these means we are able to work on your order and to keep you up-to-date.
We assure you that your telephone no. is only used for reaching you in case of queries.  On no account you will receive marketing calls from our house.

     
3. Registration - Customer account
We offer you to save your data in a customer account, that is protected by a password, so you don't have to fill in the data each time. The data will be filled in the order form automatically. From the index site you reach the button "registration" and the button "register new". You have the possibility to extinguish your customer account at any time.

4. Agreement
